Gates will open at 4:00 PM

Athletes may enter in a maximum of 3 events

Age Groups

Athletes compete at the grade level they just finished in school. For example, if an athlete just finished 5th grade they will compete in the youth division. 

  • Beginner: 2nd grade and younger can compete in the 50 meter dash, 50 meter hurdles and long jump for free. Warm ups being at 4:30 PM on the 50 yard line, no registration required

  • Youth: 3rd-5th grade

  • Middle School: 6th-8th grade

  • High School: 9th-12th grade

  • Open: College and older

Event Schedule

All track events will run in the “flow of meet” rather than a set time schedule. With open registration, we do not know until the day of the meet how many registrants and heats there will be.

Track Schedule

  • 5:00 PM

  • 8 and under 50 meter dash, 50 meter hurdles and Long jump (FREE)

 

  • 5:30 PM

  • 100/110 meter high hurdles (front stretch) / 50 meter hurdles (back stretch)

    • 100/100 hurdles for middle school and high school only

  • 4x800 meter relay

  • 100 meter dash (front stretch) / 50 meter dash (back stretch)

  • 300 meter intermediate hurdles

  • 400 meter dash

  • 1600 meter run

  • 4x100 meter relay

  • Banana 4x100 Relay (open to everyone, no registration required)

    • This does not count towards the event count

    • Will run two division, Middle School and older followed by 6th grade and younger. Athletes can mix grade levels and genders within their division

    • banana trophies for the top 2 teams in each division

Field Event Schedule

  • Shot put - Youth, Middle School, High School, Open (4 attempts), followed by Softball toss for Beginners (3 attempts)

  • Discus - To follow Shot Put (4 attempts)

  • Long jump - Beginner (3 attempts), followed by Youth, Middle School, High School, Open (4 attempts)

  • Triple jump - To follow Long Jump (4 attempts)

  • High jump proceeding from lowest height to highest, regardless of age group

  • Pole vault proceeding from lowest height to highest, regardless of age group

We will combine age groups where appropriate depending on number of registrants.
