Your entries must be submitted to Athletic.net by Tuesday, September 22nd by 11:59 PM. To enter, coaches must input their roster on Athletic.net, add the meet to their team’s calendar, and enter athletes in the appropriate race level. Boys and Girls JV races  Unlimited entries (1.5 miles)

Boys and Girls Varsity races  TEN RUNNERS MAXIMUM (2.0 miles)

Boys and Girls Beginners race Unlimited entries (1.0 miles)

MEET SITE

Deer Grove East Forest Preserve on Dundee Road, ¼ mile west of Hicks Rd. Some (limited) spectator parking is available.  From Rt. 53, exit Dundee Rd. west.  Go approximately two miles to Deer Grove. Turn right at the first entrance past Hicks Rd

Team Varsity races 1st 3 teams

JV races    1st 3 teams

Individual Varsity races 1st  through 25th place medals 

JV races 1st  through 20th place medals  

Beginner races   1st  through 10th place medals  

INSTRUCTIONS‍ ‍

Upon arrival, pick up your envelopes containing your timing tags AT THE SHELTER NEAR THE START/FINISH LINE.

WASHROOMS

Portable washrooms will be provided.  PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER.

PARKING

All buses should unload athletes near the start/finish line. The bus must then exit the maintenance area and park at St. Theresa Catholic School at 445 N Benton St, Palatine, IL 60067.  THE ONLY EXCEPTION will be a coach driving the bus.  

Limited parking is available in Deer Grove East. For those who might want to walk or bike in, parking is also available in the parking lot of the Hobby Lobby store on Dundee Rd, just before the Jewel at the corner of Dundee/Hicks. The walking distance to the course is a little more than a mile.

Please let parents know that the English Valley Shopping Center, at the corner of Dundee and Smith, has warned us that cars will be towed during our event.

TEAM CAMPS

Tents and team areas should be set up on the south side of the road.

DRESSING

No locker rooms are available.  Please come dressed and prepared to run.
