McHenry Pack is pleased to offer our first post-season cross country experience for youth and middle school athletes. We invite all who participated on their school teams to join together for post-season training and racing. Our Fall session is open to any athletes that are currently in 5th-8th Grade.

Dates: October 26th-December 12th (No practice during the week of Thanksgiving)

Days of the Week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays

Location: McHenry High School - Upper Campus (South Entrance)

Time: 5:00 - 6:30 PM

Cost: $200 for returning athletes

Included:

• Registration to meets (excepting McHenry Turkey Trot)

• Jersey for new athletes

• Long sleeve

• Stocking hat

• Coaching

• Rental fees

• Insurance

The McHenry Pack TFCC speed camp offers track and field training and coaching for 4th-12th graders. The camp focuses on teaching the fundamentals of sprint training through various speed and agility components.

Cost: $50 for all registrants.
