*This event is optional, it is not part of the Palatine Pack indoor season, there will be NO COACHES. Parents and athletes are responsbile for their own warm ups and making sure they check in on time* Coaches will send final information with race schedules so that atheltes and parents can make best decisionson when to get there and warm up.
Cost: $17.50 ($15+$2.50 service charge)
Palatine Pack does not keep any money, all fees go directly towards to race
Events that kids can compete in: It is suggested that kids only compete in 1 or 2 events unless they are doing sprints they can do the 60, 300 and maybe long jump. Distance kids can do the 1 mile and maybe the 600, 300 or 1000 meters. There will be an elite middle school mile after the 600, if kids make the elite mile race, they should not race an event before hand. Only the top 12-16 boys and girls will make the elite mile.
