The camp offers track and field training and coaching for middle school and high school ages. The club focuses on teaching the fundamentals of training and competition and offers a full schedule of summer meets.
Events Offered: Cross country (1.5-3 miles), Distance (800, 1600), Sprints (100, 200, 400), Hurdles, Relays, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Pole Vault
Coaches: Michelle Wicyk, Jabron Lee, Miguel Gonzalez, Kevin Rafferty, Alicia Rafferty, and others
Location: West Aurora High School track
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Dates/Times: June 8 - July 15, 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Age Groups: Middle School and High School
Levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Experienced for middle school and high school athletes. All athletes will learn to train and compete regardless of prior training or skill.
Cost: $300. No athletes will be turned away due to inability to pay. Please contact Brenden Mariano (foxvalley@thepacktfcc.com) to discuss financial assistance.
Benefits: Registration for this camp includes a competition jersey (if registered by 5/27) and full schedule of summer meets in the suburbs.
