McHenry Fall Speed camp
registration opens Monday, august 18th
The McHenry Pack TFCC camp offers track and field speed training and coaching for 4th-12th graders. The camp focuses on teaching the fundamentals of speed training through various speed and agility components.

Location: McCracken Field at McHenry High School, 3712 W Kane Ave, McHenry, IL 60050
Days & Times : Thursdays @ 7:00 PM- 8:15 PM | Sundays 5:00 PM-6:15 PM
Dates: October 4th-October 25th
Age Groups: 4th-12th grade
Levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Experienced for middle school and high school athletes. All athletes will learn to train and compete regardless of prior training or skill.
Cost: $50 for all registrants.
